General 100 items limit

Hi all
I see a lot of complains in the forum about a 100 items limit.
What does this actually mean?
I have a lot of items in my warehouse that I have over 100.

Depends how long you have been playing the game. About 3 upgrades ago a limit was bought in for new players that limited them to 100 items stored in the warehouse. Anybody who was playing before the game i believe are still allowed over the 100 limit. Just another of those bizarre decisions

I 'm not playing very long yet, but it looks like I don 't have that limit.
Maybe it came just after I started.
