Wind charm

Good day all
Can someone please explain to me how does a wind charm work.

Windcharm

Description:
Increases the chance of a fortunate event in flight

Parameters:
Active for 4 hrs
Numbers of flights 20
Fortunate event +90%

I would guess that your next 20 flights have an increased chance of getting a fortunate event (tailwind, rainbow etc). Bad weather may still occour.
My guess would also be that those 20 flights has to be sent(not completed) within the timeframe of 4 hours.

Would also guess that the bonus is used up whenever 20 flights or 4 hours passes (depending on which occours first)

Never activated this bonus myself, so please correct me if I am wrong.

So no fortunate event for your 20 flights? Hmm.. Sounds weird, but the samplesize can be discussed.

I know it says +90% fortunate event, but the question is 90% of what? I find the description and parameters a bit lacking.

1. 90% of the flight (meaning the remaining 10% is no weather or bad weather)?
2. +90% of the x% of getting a fortunate event in a flight?

If you could specify:
Did you active bonus and then started to send flights? (This is my understanding on how it works)
Or did you active bonus and then waited for fortunate weather to appear? (I don't think it works this way)

@Below_Average_AC_Player I activated it before I sent my aircraft which was a minute later.
Ok, did you get a fortunate event for the next 20 flight you sent out?

My understanding is:
We know the weather is not timebased and that you have to send a flight for the weather to change.
Say you have 20 flights in your hangars (no active flights) and all your destionations have no weather (not bad, nor fortunate).
If you active wind charm bonus and then you send all those 20 airplanes to 20 different destionations at the same time, you will waste quite a few flights, because you already sent your airplanes to destinations where you KNOW it is no weather. The point is to check the subsequent occouring events in a destionation. I think you benefit more from this bonus send all planes to one destination.
I would send 1 airplane to a destination and then see if I get a fortunate event at the same destination for my 2nd plane.
