The answer is no, you need a windows mobile to transfer your game.

Windows games cannot be transferred to android or apple devices.

You can run an android emulator on windows and play your game there but the game may lag.

I am running a android emulator named Bluestacks but its performance is very slow. so it is very difficult for me to play AC on it.
So i started Playing this game on windows PC.
Very Addictive Game.:D
