When can windows AC be restored from xbox account?

One big advantage of android AC is backup/restore from google play accout. Though the feature is buggy but it is still save big trouble when game crashed or switch phone. On Win10, AC is in listed under my game in xbox app. I wish GI is considering to implement that feature on win10.

Windows 10 can be backed up without using anything. Just save files from your LocalState folder.
