I have received like 20 units or 3 units of fuel from my neighbors as gifts but they have not shown up in my warehouse. Has anyone else experienced this? How can I fix this?

What happened to the fuel gifted to me?

You cannot fix it. They go to the fuel bar.

The rules on Fuel and Passengers are different from all other items.
If your stock in the warehouse is 100 units any extra Fuel 20 you receive and take as gifts are lost.
If your stock in the warehouse is less than 100 units any extra Fuel 20 you receive and take as gifts are added to the Fuel bar.
These are my figures
In other words.
1) make sure your warehouse is under 100 F20s.
2) Receive / take Fuel20 gifts and they will go straight to the Fuel Bar. There is no limit to the Fuel Bar.
