In android, i received a golden space Chest.

Ipad already have this problem long long time ago, i also never received the reward chest, so as usual send a ticket, in 2 week time if you still not received your reward than usually they closed the ticket.

As expected GI closed my ticket today and mark the problem solved without any solution or code to claim reward chest.

Their customer support Mary Lempp surely not a correct person to handle your problem with GI, better you choice other person beside Mary Lempp.
