Has anyone experienced an issue with Population? Last I recall checking, I had plenty of room. I went to add a building today and noticed my Population shows 9573/3530. There's no way I could have overbuilt by 3x. Anyone else having his problem? Just noticed it.

Edit: I restarted my game and now am at 3213/3530.
