Happy to send Fuel(3) but would you not be better off taking Passengers(10) from me and asking for Fuel(20) from those that have it available in their gift list. You should find plenty of neighbours that can gift Fuel(20)

no because if sent passengers 5 and fuel 3 in Android you can click how many times you like and so you get as much fuel you want

I didn't see this trick before but I vaguely remember that it might have been mentioned on the forum before?

If you get the Fuel(3units) or passenegr (5) you get it then click on the fuel or passenger and will be clicking use as much as you want but you can not leave the window

It means, that the side quest related to CT7 is not finish. So you need to finish the side quest first.
