We have an update!!!

I just downloaded the update from the Kindle Store! It took about a minute to install and is smooth so far!

Really? Are you in the USA? I have a new icon, but it does not update the game.

Leidybird, I am in the US. I got the update from Amazon. I saw the new icon, but didn't get the update until I went to Amazon's store and downloaded it. It wasn't automatic.

I had to manually download the update from amazon store for one of my profiles. For my other two profiles, I logged in and they had already updated themselves.

So far the update adds the new Spring Challenge quest, which is impossible to complete due to butterfly nets being impossible to either get or use.

There also appear to be greeny promotional items for sale related to a valentines quest, but no valentines quest.

And lastly, I tried to purchase a flight catering facility and it says i have too many (i have zero), so i guess that it still bugged.

Yeah, it's a little buggy. The Flight Catering issue still exists. I used a trick they were discussing in the Spring has Come threads and grabbed several nets. Each neighbor you visit only has three butterflies. I pick one, go back to my game, then go back to that neighbor. The neighbor has three butterflies again. It seems like the shears drop at a higher rate than nets.

I have 460,000 coins now as I have been waiting so long and only fly the planes and send gifts each day. I have tried to sell the History Musuem, Travel Agency, Coal Station and hotel. I stopped selling stuff at the hotel, because when you buy it back, it does not remember that you purchased the All Inclusive Bracelets... so you have to purchase them again; I still have not bought them. I cannot upgrade to the new version because I am on amazon.co.uk in England. If I visit friends who have upgraded, it freezes and I have to shut the Kindle down.

I no longer purchase extra dollars. I get the weekly codes to increase my dollars and save up till I can buy a plane. Please send Flight Catering since I cannot make it myself. I will give GI 6-months (June) to get this right. Hope GI can get it right, if not, anyone know of any other good Airport Games on Kindle?

Thanks for the info. I just logged on and was about to notify the world about my departure from the game. AGAIN, my airport CRASHED, and I did everything that support told me to do to avoid it. If the update is decent, I will give it another shot.

Sometimes you just have to laugh, sometimes you just gotta cry. I said to he!! with the whole airport for the last few weeks, and just reinstalled it today. Starting all over, taking it slow, one step ahead of the next guy. Next time I crash, I won't come back.
