Android watch ad to get item - no longer working?

This question is directed to the higher level players. Do you still get ads when you need an item and you get the option to look at an ad to get said item? I used to get that but no more. When I put a ticket into support they said they had no new ads to show and that is the reason for me not seeing ads for items.

Yes, I still get them even if I have no buildings or anything to upgrade. But sometimes they do disappear. . Usually for a week or two and then they return. I'm sure yours will suddenly reappear in the near future!

Often it works again if you go to Apps, AC, storage, clear cache
