Visiting neighbors sets production buildings to one

Yesterday I was sent 70 greenies from support after my catering went from four down to one. I upgraded it again to four - and received four catering the next cycle. A little while ago I checked catering and it was at four. I then visited neighbors when the cycle started (which was three hours earlier than previous) and after visiting neighbors, catering was back down to one (and I did NOT visit Madlen. As you can see I had indeed upgraded to four after support sent the greenies

That's interesting. I hadn't even noticed that. I had my laundry producing 2 once upon a time. Now it produces 1. Don't know when it happened.

I received the greenies from support. Someone else was told by support to move the building before upgrading it. This time I moved laundry to town side and then upgraded it (to two, not four, this time) then checked again immediately after visiting neighbors and it is still at two!

I now have two catering. I moved the first catering to the town side then upgraded it (to two). I then bought another catering and upgraded it (to two) Both maintained their production after visiting neighbors twice (two days) so I just upgraded both again to 3 each. Here is hoping that they maintain three. I'll keep watch for a few more days and post back.
