Maybe, we can compile all the info in this thread. I would like to make a guide eventually. Below is some of the data I have, all of which could be subject to anyone else's experience.
10 videos for outside entities/building upgrades per rolling 24 hours with 5 minute wait time
10 videos for commerce building Speed up per rolling 24 hours with 5 minute wait time
10 videos for passenger building Speed up per rolling 24 hours with 5 minute wait time
5 videos for Fuel x20
5 videos for passenger x20
5 videos for 30% Speed up for flights
5 videos for ??? Speed up for flights (same as Catalyst)
