Veterans ... Movie theaters???

I just finished the task in It Came from Outer Space that requires you to visit 10 book stores, 10 seafood restaurants and 10 movie theaters. I could do the first two in my own city. But for new players starting out, they can't build and wait for 10 movie theaters to produce income.

For the veteran players with tons of coins and open space, please consider putting in at least one movie theater in your city.

This is required for lots of missions and they are sometimes tough to find. I was quite surprised by some of the very senior players that don't have one.

I have 5 movie theaters on crsnt1, 3 each on crsnt2 and crsnt3. I'll leave them up until the event is done. As @Teboho said, thanks for making us aware.

Due to the limitations (game restart in March this year) I was forced to reduce the numbers. So I have left 2 pieces of each building and I will remove them at the end of the event. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Why wouldn't every have atleast one theatre - especially new players like me...I collect 8-10 times per day which is as much as 4500 coins, if placed well with bonus items. The cost is only 800, so it's a nice ROI, no?

It yields once a day for 420. It's a lot of space for 420 - even with the bonus buildings around.

Yes, I get that. But there 10 ads daily dedicated to coin collection, correct? ...so it yields a total of 4200 per day...am I missing something?? Or do veteran players have other use for these ads?

That's an excellent point. For newbies, it's great. For veterans, they have little need for coins any longer. They would rather for buildings that increase population and drop collection items.

Although the pneumatic post office and grand hotel both give more coins.

We run more than 10 fuel guzzlers therefore most videos are reserved for fuel.

Hi - good call @Chloe11111 - I had added 5 - send me a message/conversation if you want to connect, otherwise I will miss it. I do try and max out on buildings needed for an event when one is on, but once you have done the side quests you don't get them again - so have no idea what other players are looking for. This thread really useful. Not sure about a veteran - that makes me sound/feel ancient!
