user name change

finnaly decided to change my user name from the pilot one you get when you 1st load the game, this was 10 months ago, Is this going to be a problem after all this time within the game for my neighbors, to find me? or is this something that is commom, and just takes time to learn my new name. I read the guide, but does not address this. Looks to me you just erase the pilot one the put in the new one, then click save, pros/cons?

No, I often refuse friend requests for people with "pilot" in their name.

And the forum admin team may be able to help you change your forum name to reflect your game name.
