The new update is nice with the snow on the ground. Just so hard as a 100 limit member who is still doing LL 1st alliance flight before doing 2nd LL alliance flight to even try to compete on this event .... No wonder Santa's bad....
When it comes to an event, you usually have to sacrifice Alliance tasks for the duration, or burn fuel to do both. It's up to you.The new update is nice with the snow on the ground. The 100 item limit is a handicap - tell me about it!!The new update is nice with the snow on the ground. Just so hard as a 100 limit member who is still doing LL 1st alliance flight before doing 2nd LL alliance flight to even try to compete on this event .... No wonder Santa's bad....

But events can be very hard for everyone, 100 item limit or not. Accept you will not manage to complete every event. I don't. But I have still progressed a long way in this game even with the 100 item limit.
Meanwhile - Alliance flights/tasks. I use the Turboprop as my basic task, Giant as my high volume task, and Falcon as my top of the range aircraft. The Turbo needs 96 flights, the Giant 161, the Falcon 89. All well achievable as a 100 item limit player. And I am level 80. I tend to go for the Falcon task at the moment - 400 flights to 3 star each destination is easier when you make it your default alliance task.
You have to play the game that you enjoy - it will probably not be the same game as everyone else - but that does not matter. I choose to play the way I do and enjoy my game. I also have been with a very good Alliance since the beginning of the year - it is very rare they task me more than one destination a week for the Alliance flights. And they accommodate the Alliance members who want to concentrate on events. It requires me to balance my game to accommodate my goals, the Alliances pax levels, the Alliances weekly tasking, and the game events (which have been nearly continuous during 2018).
My advice to you Spork is relax, review your game, and try not to do everything at once - the game is not designed to allow players to do that.
