I will regretfully skip the Victory Day Quest this year as i am trying to 3 star all jumbo destinations that have been haunting me now for over 8 months. Downgrading to props and trading my way back to jumbos will take a good chunk out of my coin pot.

I'm looking for a few more items for the Hangers, trying to build 3 of them to up my chances of completing this event. Here is what i currently need:

OBD Russian - 8x Oil pump, 6x Fuel Pump, 6x Gun Camera (scope thing)
Flyerduck - 8x Oil Pump, 6x Fuel pump, 6x Gun Camera (scope thing)

The items for the hangers (Russian quest) drop from Cyprus and other destinations. I was getting drops every flight when doing the quest so quickly collected 3 hangers. I can't recall which destinations dropped the items but think it was Rome for the jet, but if you click on the "i" button on each destination it will confirm.
