Happened to me several times. I thought it is same for all platforms.

@Jay J I never experience this issue in iOS. sometime i restart device to refreshed it, i never know the shit thing can happen.

I never close my games during launch. I prefer to put them to airplane mode till they comeback. Ios also can turn to 24. You have 3 and I have 3. Now if we match the time, will be 6 QL only from us.

launching prepare time is much much longer than launching time with 5 ql, i never been on 6 ql
