Top20 Alliance has ONE spot left

Our alliance will be levelling up this weekend and will have two new spots open on Monday, plus one departing member to fill. We're currently a top-20 alliance looking to step closer towards the top10, currently 13th as I write this. We all do 100k+ weeks regularly, with some much higher.

Level 71+, flying 75k or more passengers per week. Weekly tasks appreciated, but not essential.

I am so pleased you said "our alliance", I was looking at some of the other posts here and they seem very possessive/egotistical about their alliances. It's a joy to be part of an alliance that is egalitarian and has a collective sense of humour.

Saying you "don't really care" about the weekly missions, do you coordinate times when you "do care"? I mean, completing a mission just to fulfill 30% I can see not being very interesting to some, but reaching 50% could be a bit more interesting but requires cannot be done without some effort, right? Or don't you care about any bonuses in your alliance? /justwondering

On the use of quotation marks: where is it written “don’t really care”? You can’t quote what it isn’t written.
I had to read the post almost a dozen times, word by word, searching for that expression

We get bonuses for finishing top20, and do either 30% or 50% every week for the task bonus.

I'm guessing that the holes are temporarily filled by supports.

That is correct, while waiting to get 2 more people the alliance is filled with support accounts.

Actually it just has to do with the post being from a couple weeks ago.
I should have realized this as I spoke with @Aardvark not long ago.
Seems like someone would have mentioned my ignorance, was a

I’ve been known to provide that opportunity for people to do that to me as well .

Im not either of the prerequisites, but I am willing to learn. Once i learn, im sure I can do alot better! Maybe consider me?

We get bonuses for finishing top20, and do either 30% or 50% every week for the task bonus.

A more detailed answer would be that each Sunday/Monday there is a group chat about each players availability (holidays, work commitments etc), who can do one or two missions, who needs a pass because of commitments etc. and then a consensus is formed about are we aiming for 30% or 50% of missions and who wants to contribute one or two.

Its all very amicable.
