Too many neighbour requests

Is anyone else being flooded with neighbour requests, because it's getting on my nerves now. I've had more neighbour requests in the last few days than I've ever had

Every time I open the game I get 4-9 requests. 99% of them are random I suppose as I cannot find the members on forum.

Yes, I am too ! I feel that there are some kind of waves of friend request and during several weeks, no request received ! I guess that sometimes G! algorithm put your game in the "default add" page of lot of other players !

I hope the update next week improves the situation - must be about 50 just today alone

You should accept them, take the gifts they send you and delete them when they go zzzs in 2 weeks

If i get requests without being notified first, I’m not going searching. “Remove all” is regularly tapped in my game .

Good advise, but we can't take any more Cans of Paint, or Passengers.... we're even maxed-out (100 ) on Add Radar.

Same here. Most of them are "Pilot#####". But why the sudden increase has us scratching our head and wondering if G! is targeting forum members via algorithm

Lol, no, we're not targeting forum members specifically. If you're looking for neighbors, the game suggests you neighbors to choose from — and those are other players that play now, not some dead profiles from three years ago, so inevitably old time active players pop up in those lists. And, yes, there're lots of new Airport City players in recent weeks, because, well, the game is kind of cool and we've passed 75 million registered players across all platforms in September.

If you're looking for neighbors, the game suggests you neighbors to choose from — and those are other players that play now, not some dead profiles from three years ago, so inevitably old time active players pop up in those lists.
