The Motherland Monument is a cool reward I really want to have for my city but I guess it's not a global event. Anyone know which region it is for? And how to join the event there? Can I change the game language?

I think it was from an event in 2013 or 2014. You might be able to get it in one of the Mystery Super Buildings. But it would cost probably 300 greenies, and only give you about a 1 in 10 chance of getting it. Maybe the old event is being offered again??? in a different area.

Yep - it's in the Mystery Super Building 5. (1 in 9 chance of getting it if you buy the building).

awesome! I think it's worth a try. Other buildings in that chest look cool too, except Print Shop and Irish Pub.
