Support account baned. Any idea?

MY fuel ring account is blocked. It says "Your account has been found to violate our terms of use. Please contact support if you believe that's an error.".

This account is on Android. I always use different device for different account. I remember this kind of support is allowed. Any idea why this happens? Is it useful to appeal? Or should I just create a new account?

Just put in a ticket asking for clarification. Probably they blame you for time travelling after which you have to send in a screen shot with your settings. Don't mention any other details that are not relevant, like how many accounts you have and the purpose of you account

I don't know how to file a ticket. But I contacted their support on my main account and provided all information to the robot. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. I am not travelling at all. The only thing I can think of is that I tried to redeem the Friday bonus several times yesterday because it never responded. But this is their server problem rather than mine....
The time is perfect now because my GS will be renewed in 2 days... Right after I found this problem I cancelled the renewal. I will not renew it if this cannot be resolved. I don't want to pay for the game if they treated a paid user this way...

On android, 'time travelling' seems to be a common false detection of their anti-cheat system.
It aims to detect time change when the game is playing.
i don't really know why android devices got this issue so many time, and all they asks to unblock the account is a screenshot of the time/day selection paremeters of the devices, which should be set to 'automatically'

I didn't travel any where. My pad is always auto timezone. This really sucks. Even worse, my account got unblocked this afternoon after sending screenshot to their support but I cannot add any neighbors. It always says "Unfortunately, you cannot add a player who has been found to be cheating as a friend.". This happens to every one I try to add!
