I knew about 2 items,
Washington Monument - increases max population +50 and per day 400 coins income.
Milk Farm - increases max population +20 and every 4 hrs 90 coins income.

Try to get it Duke's store which costs lesser compared normal purchase store.

Thanks for the info, i don't know about this super mystery sale. Ideally in which months this comes. During Thanksgiving or Christmas , etc
