Some event buildings, do I still have a chance to obtain them?

I just started to play this game this year. I noticed some event buildings in past years（e.g Contemplation Palace St. Patrick's Cathedral Gauss Skyscraper I do like these so much!) seem like there is no way to obtain. Any chance?

Some of them appear in the Super Mystery Buildings (quite expensive though), which you can buy for a 1/9 chance of getting the one you want.
Note that you get a SMB 1 every 25 days (if you log in every day) after the long initial stint.

Generally though, event rewards are only available once. A few have come around more than once, but it’s rare. You never know until the event appears or the event announcement.
