As many of you know that I have been away for the last 5 weeks after my iPad crashed and those idiots at GI were unable to restore a game less than 6 months old.  This was on top of 4 months where I could not launch a rocket as the game believed I had a rocket in flight.  In total there are nearly 100 emails between myself and GI.

After many condescending emails about how to play the game and how to build experience I have an airport at level 6 and 149 stars from level 40 and 199 stars.  In their opinion giving you a wadge of cash and greenies compensates for many months of playing that have been lost.

I have also taken this up with Apple and have a reasonable conclusion from them.

 

The final straw was this email from customer services.

 

I completely understand you. Please, let me to clarify the issue discussed.

You should complete the quests in order to restore the level that you had in the previous game. As for the lands, buildings, we provided you with the special code. You used it and received a compensation for all you lost. You could buy the new areas by using the banknotes that you have.

So folks the airport is closed and I have suddenly found more time in the day, but miss the game and all you good people on this forum.
