General Silver Tokens

If I'm not mistaken, the Grand Hotel is the only building you can buy with only silver tokens (the other buildings require a combination of silver and gold tokens) so that would be a short guide I guess 
Silver tokens are pretty easy to obtain, and a Grand Hotel is a pretty good building to have once your city starts to grow, so just go for it
