Server problems

Does anyone else have the problem that the server connection intermittently cuts out without any warning or symptoms?
The space launch works, the alliance works, neighbour visits work, but there are no red envelopes...?
They were dropping a minute ago, but now it cut out and if you land any planes, you lose the envelopes.
Having to check if the envelopes are available before landing any planes is becoming really annoying if not to say more...
This has been going on and off for a couple days now.
I do have the latest update.

Today seems to have resolved. Can progress much better.
