I was already surprised you asked stamps.... level 18 would be the level you should be able to receive them......

I you do not accept the fuel3, pas5 or fuel catalyst but leave them unaccepted in your list with gifts, they will turn into the correct gifts if you reach the level. If that happens, then accept

You can reply to darekk's thread but you can't reply to my message?. I dropped a mail to support@road404.com but they are not replying. Even GI support replied faster than this support. It's above 5 day's i started a conversation with you and written to your support(road 404).
Sorry for tagging you but there wasn't any option left for me.
I request you to please resolve my issue and waiting for your reply. Hope you understand my situation and help me get out of this.

If you start your game clock running but wait 23 hours to send out gifts, you can send out 20 gifts, and then 20 more when your clock resets. Nothing glitchy or time-travel-y going on!
