[USER=7920]@Navigata07[/USER] when you visit neighbors the stage appears at lvl 3 no matter the actual progress.  I visited you earlier and your stage was up and running at lvl 3.  I found the drops to come in bunches on my game. I would pop three tents in a row with items and then a bunch without.  Whistles are like gold right now!!
