Resource Base LV 2

I have been trying to update my resource base to level 2 and have been doing so for like 3-4 months, and I have 0 out of the 4 items. Suggestions???

From memory you previously said that you can't watch ads on your platform? If so then I'm not sure there is anything you can do but keep clicking on neighbours Cosmic Fuel Stations and Flight Catering Facilities

Other than the above statement, my only suggestion would be to consider buying a cheap android tablet. Android is a very flexible platform that allows you to do a lot of things, no where near as restrictive as iOS. Obviously the practicality of this depends on age, circumstance etc.
Slightly off topic, (maybe not that useful) but it could be worth considering.

Unfortunately I can confirm this. While my two Windows games were not able to see adds for 5 days, my Android Tablet had no problems at all.
