RESOLVED. After an exchange with support, I downloaded the link (instead of clicking or copying it) and it was able to get the bonus.

I have a new tablet and have been playing AC all week. I use GooglePlay. I donated my old tablet and no longer have access. When I click on the link all of my options are grayed out. So far, support has not been able to help. They want me to use Facebook or Instagram and I don't use any social media apps, with the acception of Discord. Can anyone help with a solution?
