Refresh existing buildings

I don’t know about everyone else, but I have 94 different types of building in my warehouse. It seems a real shame to have them sat there, when there has been an amount of design effort go in to these, but most are 90/4 2x2s with no extra benefit.
Can these be revisited/reviewed?
There are some awesome looking buildings, like the concert hall for example, but the reality is players are unlikely to place these as land is limited/really expensive, and the reward from the building is insignificant come the time they are unlocked.
What do others think?

If they dropped items for a collection I’d be much more likely to make space for some.

It's funny because I actually brought up this exact point in the 7.7 thread. 90/4 buildings are running rampant, and they don't really add value. I agree that a revisit is needed to some degree. There will always be a few duds, but some of them can be enhanced to make them more appealing

Is there a way to purchase specific buildings within the "Mystery Super Buildings" 1 thru 10? I am not fond of the ideal of the random distribution once this item is purchase. Feedback is encourage and appreciated.
