I tried following the previous instructions, but I do know what you mean by "RESTORE WINDOW"

I purchased a new computer, I do transfer my game to the new computer.
I still need help or clarification.
1. I downloaded a new game on the new computer.
2. I reached level 3.
3. Where is the restore window to view my progress?
Please note my Microsoft account is the same on new computer.

Please do the following:
1) Close your old game.
2) Download a new game from the same Microsoft account you used for your old game.
3) Reach level 3 in a new game with a stable Internet connection.
4) Choose your progress in a restore window.
5) Delete the old game.
Please do not reinstall the new game and do not open the old one, it may interrupt the recovering process. Please send me all your future queries only from the game on your new device.
If the progress is not restored, make sure that on your new profile all your planes have landed and all guest planes have left. Do not start fuelling your own planes when transferring progress. After that, please contact me again.
