Recent land expansion update

Hi guys,
After recently GI increased the max area of the city and airport, what is the new max size (I remember it was 16x9 both on city and airport side)?

18x10 (I have 17x10) on city side and airport side is at least 18x9 (I don't max out airport side as I don't need the space there), but probably both are 18x10.

Nope.
In the City, I just bought 5 lands at the last ring.
In the airport, I havent enter the last ring.
