where? On the left side (residential and commercial building side)? Not in my case. That is in my case already the maximum. I can (like it was before) only get more land on the right side (where all the electricity staff, launch pads, production buildings, and so , are standing). Maybe it depends on the plattform? It's not true. I also have the maximum of land and cannot increase anymore ! No way.
