Windows Progress Lost

So basically i logged in today to play airport city and when the game open my progress was gone, basically i was on a level 1 account, as soon as the game started, it showed the animation of the plane landing with the tutorial after, i dont know why or how this happend but is anyone suffering from the same issue as i am?
Is there any fix for this or?

also i have the same problem that g progress does not make me connect

G! servers are down, based on the messages I have seen, Android Server no. 04 and Server no. 20 (Trail I think) is down for sure

Lots of us have lost all gifts, rankings etc. Hopefully it’ll be resolved before running out of flight items! 🤣

I was starting to think that it was my laptop that was playing up, with all the irregularities in my gameplay. It is comforting to know that I am not alone in experiencing issues within the game. Hope the team find a resolution soon.
