I was wondering if you can buy more then one +1 progress levels?

I read the question as can one buy multiple of the +1 bump, say for two levels at .99 + .99 = $1.98

I mean can i buy more than one +1 levels, for if you're past level 35. Say you need 2 more levels at the end of the event, can you buy then 2 times +1 level?

Yes that's what i meant, so if you need 2 more levels at the end of the event, you cannot finish it?

Unsure, haven't attempted bump purchase. You might have to attempt to verify if others don't know.

Keep in mind you only gain the progress level, no currency and doubt any of the buildings are worth it, especially not the dino park unless you just love it visually 👀 . OTOH, the spyglass bonus is.
