Problem need answer: Airport city on iPad and on phone

I have a question:
im playing airport city on iPad and my son downloaded the game on my mobile phone And he is playing it too.
for a reason today while I was playing on my iPad, a msg popped up asking me to transfer account. I was worry to loss my progress or I miss up his game on the phone.
is that an issue that can create a problem ?

You need to de-link it from the same game centre account. Then you are fine.
