150+ Star Club
Our alliance has leveled up a couple of times and I haven't kept up with keeping it full, plus a member is taking a break, so we have a few open slots.
We are a Level 3 alliance looking for players to do 1 task per week, but we don't do Facebook or Messenger. If you prefer to communicate that way, please check out another thread here by @Natholian1, "Level 3 alliance looking for our 6th member".
Some background info for new players. Below is a graph of the Top 100 alliances last week (the graph with the blue diamonds). As you can see, millions of passengers flown. The top alliance flew 27.7 million passengers. An alliance can have up to 20 members - the more tasks the alliance flies, the more members it can have. Below that is a graph of the Top 100 alliances, but showing the average number of passengers flown per member in that alliance (graph with the red dots) more or less. The lowest of these averages was 23,877. So for a Top 100 alliance, you'll usually want to fly more than 20,000 passengers.
To translate that into flights, 23,877 passengers would be about 630 turboprop flights or 300 jet flights.
Our alliance is casual, so we're not aiming for the Top 100, and we have no minimum passenger requirements. However, we are looking for someone who can do 1 task per week, usually the easiest task out of the 3 assigned to each member. A typical easiest task for a newcomer might be 30 turboprop flights in a week.
The prizes for a Top 100 alliance can include a really good bonus, up to 300 units of fuel, up to 300 passengers, and up to a dozen Alliance destination maps. Those are loaded towards the high end, meaning that the 100th place alliance does not get as good a set of prizes as the alliances ranked in the top 10. From 50th to 100th place, it looks like you'd get a Business Class bonus, 20 units of fuel, 10 passengers, and a map to an Alliance destination.
(You'd also need to be in an alliance and build an Alliance Office to purchase the Grand Hotel, among other buildings for purchase with gold and silver tokens. I'm not sure, however, if after you leave an alliance, whether the Alliance office works as usual.)
I know this post may have been long and too nerdy, but within the alliance, I don't bother people too much.

- So what does 1 task per week give you ? If each member does 1 task per week, then the next week, everybody gets the Golden Hat bonus, which is a 30% increase in experience for all actions that week.
- If half the people in an alliance do 1 task per week (and the rest do none), then the bonus is the Flight Simulator, which is a 10% increase in experience, and only for completed flights.
- If the team completes (more than) half the total assigned tasks, they get the First Class bonus. The prize for 70% completion of all tasks combined is the Maintenance Check bonus (50% reduction in plane and helicopter breakdowns).
- The prize for completion of all team tasks is the Golden Megaphone bonus (10% increase in duration for all active bonuses for a week).
