If you did not finished this side quest, then time to time it appeared on left side, where side quests are.
Actually they are two: login to FB and Twitter account... I think you should click on Side quest, and in new windows just press on button "Show me".
A new page will opened, Facebook, and there you can login with your FB account..... That should work...
