Polite request - Gifting

hey all,

Just a quick one. Many players use their Username to ask for gifts, based on this shortcuts thread: https://www.airportcitygame.com/threads/ac-shortcut-items-with-multi-language-descriptions.21637/

Its' a great way for us to all help each other out.

Just a note, if you do use it, please don't just return the same gift when receiving it! Look at the name of the person you have received from and try to gift them what they are after, based on their Shortcut.

The vast majority in here agree with you 100%, but there are always some that think that their way is best. I’ve heard all the theories, but all of them result in wasted gifts trying to get the other party on board. There’s an easy solution - choose another neighbour.

I came across a neighbor who put "FH". Had no idea what it is so I searched my inventory and sent him Flight Helmet while thinking "who the hell would want this thing?" It took me a while later to understand actually it is Fuel Hose lol 🤣

sorry if any of you having a slow neighbor like me... but it's indeed confusing sometimes with those abbreviations. So the best way is to communicate via this forum first.
