General PM for Friends

my reason is simple - if you add my code and i accept - you will see me as Sheekee level 10 and you will not be able to visit me or interact in most ways - if i add you everything works fine. Same is with few win phone friends here from forum - for others you should get the answer from them

A much different reason for me though I don't necessarily require one.
Quite simply I try to control the number of neighbors I have. For the most
part I will accept pretty much anyone from these forums. The problem beyond
that is twofold. First many use different names in the forum from the game.
Unfortunately I do not know every forum name that is related to a different in game name.
Second problem is the constant stream of requests GI throws at my account.
So if I do not recognize the name from the forum and have not received a
message about request I will delete the request.

For me it's because I like to add people who I can interact with, through gifts or launches. The game sometimes gives you random neighbours to add that may or may not be active. Plus I tend to only add level 60 (will be above 60 when I update) as they are usually more active, so a PM means I can tell that it's not a random person and also means I can see it's a forum member who is just starting out - so lower level players are more than welcome to add as I will help them out as much as possible as it can be a grind when looking for items. I'm at around 400 neighbours so don't want to keep adding random requests as I would soon run out of ability to add more without deleting current neighbours.

Thx jgm. I fully agree w/ the 60 and above club. I usually just delete folks who seem random. Lost a big chunk of neighbors during the last update. I have a long way to go.

Like the others, I also will only add neighbors from the forum. Between both games, I am typically returning the maximum 20 gifts a day on my primary game and quickly nearing the 20 limit on my support game. Since I don't want to blindly send out gifts and hope that they are useful, I only add neighbors from the forum. This allows me to follow all my neighbors' wants/needs to make sure that returned gifts are useful.

(I don't care about the players level - only that they are on the forum so I can track their wants/needs preferably by their signature.)
