iOS Please Info needed fast?

I need ti send my ipad mini in for service on Wednesday and I may not be getting back the same one or it will take over 3 weeks to get it back what to do? Please advise I would prefer not to have to start it from the beginning when I get the ipad back.

use itunes to back up your game on the cloud.

make sure to keep a copy of all important information, like game name, version that you were on, level, coins and greenies.
If possible take several snap shots of various portions of your city.

email GI and tell them that your device will be unavailable for a month due to servicing and/or replacement. So that if you have problems, you reference a ticket number to make it easier to restore your game.

If you use a unique Apple ID and your Game Center is active and logged into, you should be safe to do a simple restore when you have the device back...
