It's not just about the cost of refreshing the tasks, it's also about the time it would take to do it.  Some tasks (like completing one flight to a destination) are easy and can be completed very quickly.  Other tasks (i.e. waiting for a specific item to drop) can take a while if you're unlucky.  That 133K was all scored in less than 3 hours.
