It works, i have few Windows users too as my neighbor. Plus i have many iOS or android players.

There might be version problem, since new update came out. It might me that GI will fix this soon, as their goal is that neighbors should be from all platforms. Let's wait till next update.

Or you might open a ticket to GI and ask them, how is with that.
