Does opening a support account have to be done on a different device than the main game?

I ought to point out the following; Under section 5 of their terms of use, more than one account per device is prohibited. Although it is largely accepted that a different windows account for a different user, e.g. a spouse or child within the household, is acceptable. After all, these are separate accounts with separate downloads. G! Have never been clear on this windows matter however, so do so at your own risk.
