Number of people joining Launch

I see that there can be more than 4 neighbors joining launch. How is the rewards decided if more than 4 players.?

Like in Red Launch party i see slots for 8 positions.For example if i am 7th with x pts what do i get after the missiin complete?

I have not precise position in mind, but basically (at least for green):

First got Gold chest + map chest.
Second and third got silver chest
4th and 5th got the bronze one.
6-7 (maybe 8th) got green chests.
And the remaining the grau (starter) ones.

For Green Launch:
1 seat = Golden Chest + map chest + 6000 coin + 600 Xp
2-3 seat = Silver Chest + 3000 coin + 300 Xp
4-5 seat = Bronze Chest + 1000 coin + 150 Xp
6-7 seat = turquoise chest + 500 coin + 100 Xp
7+ seat = grau chest + 250 coin + 50 xp
(at least up to seat 10, but no reason this don't apply to further seat).

I have no stats for Blue and Red launch yet, but it should be the same.

Similar yes. To look for those items on wiki its better to use their "real" names:

All space missions
1 seat = Master of the Universe Chest (color: golden) + map chest
2-3 seat = Space Conqueror Chest (color: silver)
4-5 seat = Space Hero Chest (color: bronze)
6-7 seat = Seasoned Astronaut chest (color: turquoise)
7+ seat = Space for Starters chest (color: dark grey)

Each chest has 3 levels: level 1 for green flights, level 2 for blues and level 3 for reds.
