Red Launch No reward from red launch

I'm losing faith in this platform. Started a launch and took first position with the use of some greenies. Others joined the launch and off we went. Launch has just returned, and pressed on the "Ready" link to bring the shuttle in. Shuttle lands and press on it to collect, nothing happens. Restart the game and Spaceship Launch button is there ready to start a new launch - no coins or reward from previous 24 hours. Really GI .. what's going on? This is very frustrating and am seriously considering cancelling gold sub if the platform is unstable.
