Windows No neighbors to add?

For the past 24 hours or so I have not received any neighbors to add through the Add screen. The timer counts down to zero, and then resets without populating the potential neighbors list. I have had previous neighbor requests granted, and received coins. I can also give and receive gifts.

Any ideas? Thanks!

You don't want to add them that way anyway. Look for reliable friends here in the forum that you can communicate with

Does your number of Neighbors + number of Waiting equals or exceed 500?
That happened to me until I cleared my neighbors list and start seeing others in the Add
