No more n2486 with test

Did anyone else notice that after the last update, when you "add" neighbor test there is no neighbor n2486 waiting anymore?
My doubt is whether this procedure still forces a connection with AC servers...

I have noticed that but the popped out message still appears.

I think it still forces a connection. I have gifts and neighbor requests show up after adding test. I always use it when I start up my game and before gifting.
