What’s the point of you upgrading to CT12 if you don’t buy the Stand 13?

So Stand 13 first, then another CT (CT13) and build the last Stand (Stand 14)

But, if you need more passengers, might be a good idea to build Terminal 8 after you build your Stand 13.

Yep, good idea. I have an hour left to complete lot 12, have just started stand 13 ... just doing anything in my power to put off playing for a looooong time building up the 6 mil for CT13!!
